Easy Measurement Guide for a Perfect Fit

Chest Measurement

  • Keep your arms relaxed, stand straight
  • Wrap the tape under your arms, to measure the fullest part of your chest
  • Breathe normally. Don’t hold your breath.
  • The tape should be snug, but not tight. Record measurement.

Waist Measurement

  • Identify the narrowest part of your torso. That's your waist.
  • The tape should wrap around your waist, without being tight.
  • Record measurement.

Sleeve length

  • Extend any arm straight out to the side, with the elbow bent to a 90-degree angle.
  • Place tap from the center of your back to the wrist bone, along the shoulder.
  • Record measurement.

Inseam Measurement

  • Stand straight.
  • On either side, place tape at the waistline (the narrowest part of your torso).
  • Run the tape along the side of your leg, until the floor.
  • Record measurement.
